A commercial center in the middle of an old town near Copenhagen. The character and personality of the project is determined by the character and personality of the existing town: outwardly low and made up of many small buildings, inwardly a large contiguous area and on the roof private town houses with a large green planted inner garden.

The center forms part of the old pedestrian network in town – all the commercial areas are at street level with natural daylight and fresh air
The center has been extremely popular with the public because of its town Centre atmosphere and location and was awarded: “Best European Commercial Center 1993” by ICSC, the International Council of Shopping Centers.
